Why No Returns? The ingredients in our body butter and body oils are carefully selected for their quality, and our candles are hand-poured with precision. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used. 

 

Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
