Do you offer same-day delivery?
While we do not currently offer same-day delivery, we are pleased to provide the option of convenient pick-up for your orders. Our pick-up service allows you to receive your products quickly without waiting for shipping. Simply place your order online or through our designated channels, and once your items are ready, you can collect them at your convenience from our designated pick-up location.

Returns

Thank you for choosing our luxurious body butter, body oils, and candles. Due to the nature of our products, we regret to inform you that we cannot accept returns or exchanges. 

Why No Returns?

 

The ingredients in our body butter and body oils are carefully selected for their quality, and our candles are hand-poured with precision. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product integrity, we cannot accept returns once the product has been opened or used. Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will gladly assist you in resolving the issue. 

Shipping

We offer the following shipping methods within the United States: Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
